1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Grafix@Mirror LMS (the "Platform") operated by Mirror Age Concepts ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, User Agreement, License, and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform or register for courses.

2. Registration and Accounts

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Students under 18 must be registered with the consent of a parent, guardian, or an authorised affiliate partner.

3. Enrollment and Course Access

Enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable right to access the specific course(s) you registered for, in accordance with the License. Access may depend on payment completion, class level placement, or instructor assignment. We may update course content, schedules, or materials as part of continuous improvement.

4. Fees and Payment

• Course fees are displayed at registration and may change for new enrollments.
• Payments may be made in full or on an installment plan as offered at registration.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party processors such as Paystack.
• Courses or content offered through the Affiliate (Unitary Academy) program may have special fee arrangements and class-level placement.
• Refunds, where available, are subject to our stated refund terms and must be requested through the support channels.

5. Student Conduct

You agree not to: share your account or credentials; redistribute or resell course materials; engage in academic dishonesty, including cheating on assignments or exams; upload false, unlawful, or infringing content; attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the Platform; or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

6. Assessments, Badges, and Certificates

Certificates, badges, and verified credentials are awarded when a student satisfactorily completes the required lessons, assignments, and assessments. We reserve the right to withhold or revoke credentials where misconduct or violation of these Terms is established.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, lessons, software, design, text, graphics, and logos on the Platform are the property of Mirror Age Concepts or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of such content is limited to personal study under the License.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mirror Age Concepts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to access courses and content ceases. Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
