1. Scope of the License

This License governs your use of the course content, lessons, videos, quizzes, assignments, materials, and software made available on Grafix@Mirror LMS (the "Content"), operated by Mirror Age Concepts. Enrolling in a course grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content solely for your own education, subject to this License and the Terms & Conditions.

2. What You May Do

  • Access and stream course content for your enrolled course(s) on the Platform.
  • Study, take notes, and complete assignments and assessments for your own learning.
  • Use downloaded resources, where provided, for your personal study only.

3. What You May Not Do

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, or distribute Content to any third party, including through shared drives, social media, or public repositories.
  • Sell, rent, lease, license, or otherwise commercially exploit the Content.
  • Record, download, or capture videos or lessons for redistribution.
  • Share your account credentials or grant access to another person.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Platform software.
  • Use the Content to create competing training materials or courses.

4. Ownership

All Content, including text, graphics, video, audio, software, design, course structure, and trademarks, is the property of Mirror Age Concepts or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your enrollment does not transfer ownership of any Content to you.

5. Student-Generated Content

By submitting assignments, projects, responses, or other material through the Platform, you grant Mirror Age Concepts a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display, and evaluate that material for the purposes of providing the Platform, assessing your progress, and issuing credentials. You retain ownership of your own work.

6. Face and Identity Data License

If you enroll in face-based authentication, you grant Mirror Age Concepts the right to process your captured facial images and descriptors solely for identity verification, secure login, and account protection, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Components

The Platform may incorporate third-party software and libraries (for example, open-source components used for facial recognition and analytics). Such components remain subject to their respective third-party licenses.

8. Duration and Termination

This License is effective upon enrollment and continues while your account remains active and your enrollment is in good standing. We may revoke or terminate this License if you breach the Terms & Conditions or this License. Upon termination, your right to access the Content ends immediately.

9. Enforcement

Unauthorised use of the Content may violate copyright and other laws and may result in suspension or termination of your account, and legal action. Mirror Age Concepts reserves all rights not expressly granted.
