User Agreement

1. The Parties

This User Agreement is between you ("Student", "User") and Mirror Age Concepts (RC 3639510), the operator of Grafix@Mirror LMS (the "Platform"). By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Eligibility

You must provide valid and complete registration details. Students under the age of 18 must be registered with the consent of a parent, guardian, or an authorised affiliate partner. By registering, you confirm that you are authorised to provide the information submitted and to accept this Agreement.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or security breach involving your account.
• Accounts are personal and may not be shared, transferred, or sold.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that are used in violation of this Agreement.

4. Right to Use the Platform

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Platform and the course content for which you have enrolled, strictly for personal educational purposes and in accordance with the License.

5. User Obligations

• Complete all assignments, assessments, and coursework honestly and independently.
• Refrain from sharing account credentials or course materials with third parties.
• Refrain from recording, downloading for redistribution, or reselling course content.
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and respect the rights of other users and instructors.

6. Fees and Payments

Course fees and payment options (full or installment) are presented at registration. By enrolling, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. Failure to complete required payments may result in restricted course access or termination of enrollment.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.

8. Affiliate Program

Students enrolling through the Affiliate (Unitary Academy) program accept that their course, class level, and fee may be determined by their age and referral arrangement, and that limited enrollment data may be shared with the referring partner.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Platform, including its content, design, software, and trademarks, are owned by Mirror Age Concepts or its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you. Your use is limited to the licence granted in the License.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you breach this Agreement. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to access courses and content ends.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mirror Age Concepts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, License, and Cookie Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Mirror Age Concepts regarding your use of the Platform.
